Poet, Writer, and Mental Health Advocate

Luther is a poet, writer, and mental health advocate from Charlotte, NC. His work has appeared in the Emerson Review, the Not By Chance Yearbook, and on stage where he tells stories to destigmatize mental illness. His debut poetry collection Have I Told You About My Superpowers grapples with resilience and bipolar disorder. He is a former writer in residence of the SY Acadia where he wrote a coffee table book telling stories of marine conservation in the Eastern Tropical Pacific.
